Key Account Manager for Romania

Requirements:
• At least 3-years, backed-up with good results, experience in:
 Business potential market analysis
 Sales building based on analysis conclusions
 Sales team management
• Management by objectives abilities
• Team motivation and development abilities
• Sales and negotiations passionate
• Organisation, orderly manner and results orientation
• An easiness to strike-up new contacts
• University Degree
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Category B driving license

• Analysis of Romanian market business potential
• Business plan building according to the analysis conclusions
• Building, leading and developing company team related to market expansion
• New accounts acquisition on the Romanian market

• Active sales and negotiations on the dependent market
• Meeting sales targets
• Controlling the collection of amounts due
• Reporting to the Sales Director
• Possibility to expand the sales area to Bulgaria and Hungary within a year’s time
