Planning Specialist

• Professional Know-How: university or technical university (master‘s) degree;
• 2 years as a Planner or related position.
• Relevant work experience in forecasting and planning with understanding of all phases of product development planning and production as well as effects on supply chain.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and make sound decisions and recommendations.
• Ability to understand and apply advanced mathematical concepts in an operational environment.

• Ensures that specific supply chain procedures as well as all other company procedures are followed.
• Ensure calculation of internal stock capacities and additional external capacities. Maintains the balance between Secondary Production, factory stocks and purchasing possibilities (time and quality).
• Administrative Support for the Supply Chain Department.
• Plans all import/export activities from European suppliers.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies, budgets and targets of the Supply Chain Department.
• Establish, develop, optimize, and standardize Supply Chain procedures, guidelines, policies, etc. for the whole Agrana Romania Group in order to minimize costs.
• Ensure correct and timely planning of all purchasing activities in compliance with the production plan of all operative units of Agrana Romania Group.
• Ensure preparation of monthly, weekly, and daily logistic plans of finished goods to be produced and packed based on sales and production plans.
