PLANT MANAGER located in Craiova

Business process knowledge is required. You will be fully responsible for recruiting, developing and leading the plant team and delivering the Plant Annual Operations Plan (including cost, quality and delivery)

Strong Engineering background with deep knowledge of effective production processes and procedures. You will co-ordinate production activities with purchasing, manufacturing engineering, materials and quality control to both create required production capacity and improve production efficiency through utilization of human resources, machines, materials and equipment.

You must be a highly efficient communicator. You will constantly communicate issues, priorities and actions to site leadership and World Wide operations leadership.
Further development is very important: you’ll build a flexible, performance-oriented culture relentlessly focused on consistent execution and continuous improvement.

The Plant Manager recommends and implements new technologies and processes to improve manufacturing process and reduce costs. In addition, you’ll work closely with World Wide operations to implement best practices and support global manufacturing requirements.
