This position implies, inter alia: analyzing support requests in French and English sent by the customer by phone, mail, web submit, examining all problems; active monitoring of our customers' IT infrastructure (servers, network, security, applications); proactive checks; evaluating complexity, impact and priority, giving required support efficiently and effectively and in accordance with priority, impact and SLAs; escalating and follow up problems to the relevant support groups according to procedures.
