CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Knowledge & Skills:
• B.S. or M.S. degree (degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is a bonus).
• 3 to 5 years equivalent experience industry experience.
• Excellent programming skills with solid foundation in development process, best practices and design patterns
• Communicates effectively with team
• Serves as a mentor to junior team member
• Able to represent team to external groups
• Works with management, including attending and reporting on meetings with peer teams
• Ability to understand complex technical information
• Able to work independently to identify issues, interpret requirements documents, writes specifications and develops features to specifications
• Able to research and become proficient in new technologies
• Clearly identifies and articulates the advantages/disadvantages of a particular implementation, able to asses risk
• Strong web-related technologies knowledge (Javascript, CSS, HTML, Ajax DOM, XHTML, XML, DHTML, etc) and web standards
• Strong knowledge of at least one web-scripting language (PHP, Coldfusion, ASP, etc)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one Database Management System (MySQL, MsSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc)
• Good knowledge of code-versioning tools and practices
• Strong knowledge of code-editors, debuggers, profilers and other tools for the technologies he owns
Nice to have:
• Experience in C, C++, C#
• Experience in creating/designing user interfaces
• Familiarity with products/technologies such as Dreamweaver®, Flash®, Flex™, Spry, Apollo

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Position Summary:
The Romanian Dreamweaver team is looking for highly motivated people to join the development team. This person will have to interpret requirement documents, write specifications and develop features according to the specification by writing well structured and documented code with little or no oversight. Will also participate in development reviews of product features giving perspective based on their knowledge area. Able to work with QA staff to identify and define areas of attention and assist the QA team in the quality assurance process.
Responsibilities:
• Work independently with the extended engineering community and owns multiple features
• Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs
• Designs & implement features, APIs, test suites or technology according to specifications
• Mentor junior team members by providing his knowledge and expertise
• Identifies internal/outside technologies and when/how to use them
• Provide status and feedback to management
