Administration and Payroll Responsible

• 1-2 years previous experience in administration and salaries calculation - mandatory requirement
• good knowledge of Romanian Labor Law, as well as pension, social insurance and salaries legal provisions
• excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, in Romanian and English
• German knowledge is a plus
• flexibility
• high attention to details

• Maintains personnel files complete and updates the employee database
• Draws all documents in the personnel files of the employees (individual work contracts, appendixes, termination decisions, etc)
• Checks monthly time sheets and imports the necessary data in the payroll software
• Performs all salary-calculation related operations in the payroll software
• Prepares meals tickets orders and delivers the meal tickets to the employees
• Maintains a close connection with bank representatives with respect to all aspects of salaries payments
• Prepares wage tax cards, in a yearly manner, and delivers them to current employees.
• Offers support to employees with regards to salaries calculation and payment
