REQUIREMENTS:
FOR C/C++ PROGRAMMERS

 IT university diploma or students in the 3th, 4th, 5th year of IT&C studies (i.e. UPB- Automatica, Electronica & Tehnologia Informatiei, Matematica-Informatica, ASE-Informatica Economica);
 Strong C/C++ programming skills;
 Visual C++ experience desirable;
 Very good knowledge of C, C++, C#, SQL, HTML, Java, XML, Perl, CORBA, all on NT and Unix platforms;
 Solid structured programming skills;
 Experience organizing and maintaining complex data structures;
 Good interpersonal and communication skills;
 Demonstrated creative problem solving skills;
 Ability to work both independently and with a team;
 Ability to multi-task;
 Ability to learn new technical/ financial skills;
 Previous work experience not required however a very strong background in software development necessary;
 Must be a self-starter able to work well with others and with little direct supervision.

FOR C SHARP YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
o University degree in IT&C (or students in their last year(s));
o Excellent C# coding skills;
o .Net development experience (Advanced C#) of 1+ year(s);
o SQL Server (TSQL), IIS;
o Object Oriented Development;
o Methodical and logical programming approach;
o Must be able to work effectively within a collaborative environment;
o Flexible to work in a variety of technologies;
o Good organizational and project skills;
o ENGLISH IS A MUST.
EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF ASP.NET & JavaScript & ADO.NET

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A C/C++ PROGRAMMER?
o Participate in the entire product life cycle by designing, developing and maintaining high quality software applications using the latest technologies and innovations in a timely manner;
o Analyze existing requirements for new products/product enhancement and produce and implement these designs into complete products;
o Provide timely and accurate estimates and status updates for assigned tasks;
o Work directly with Quality Assurance department providing input to testing procedures and fixing necessary defects;
o Provide input to documentation processes and thoroughly document changes and/or new features to software in a consistent, concise manner;
o Research new technologies as appropriate;
o Continue to enhance technical skills and product knowledge;
o Diligently share knowledge and expertise with others.

The job takes place in the software department and it concerns various domains like medical, pharmaceutical and other similar domains;
o Develop and maintain WEB APPLICATIONS for Microsoft Technology ;
o Design, build, test & delivery of .NET applications;
o Participate in analysis and troubleshooting of problem definitions within business processes in order to define functional requirements and technical specifications;
o Identify and escalate any issues that arise; communicate technical issues and project assignment statuses clearly.
