o University degree in IT&C (or similar);
o MBA is a plus;
o Skills required for the position:
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience in software products;
- Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the IT&C INDUSTRY
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
- ENGLISH is a must;
- Available to travel within Romania and ABROAD
- ERP knowledge’s is a plus;

B2B SALES

Reporting to the SOFTWARE Director, the Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with sales process.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing existing accounts;
- Developing new business opportunities within existing accounts while increasing account knowledge and updating strategies for account development
- Providing customer service to current consultants and clients within the account and creating a professional customer relationship
- Generating sales leads, cold calling prospective clients and establishing strategies to develop business and sales in new clients
- Understanding and supporting customer needs and hiring cycles
- Preparing and delivering effective proposals to customers
- Working in a team environment, providing feedback, and coaching the recruiter population
