| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
C,C++ Developers:
o Very smart students and graduates with 1 to 6 years experience;
o University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, ASE-Cibernetica Electronics, and other schools with similar profiles;
o Proficiency: C, C++, C#, SQL, HTML, Java, XML, Perl, CORBA, on Windows and Unix platforms;
o Flexible to work in a variety of technologies;
o Good English knowledge.
.NET(C#,SQL) Developers:
o Excellent C# coding skills;
o .Net development experience (Advanced C#) of 1+ year(s);
o SQL Server (TSQL);
o Object Oriented Development;
o KNOWLEDGE OF ASP.NET , ADO.NET ,VB.NET, Perl/ CGI, HTML,
JavaScript ,VBScript etc.;
o Flexible to work in a variety of technologies;
o Good English Skills;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
C,C++ Developers:
o As a Programmer in this role, you will join a highly interactive and team-oriented group to develop and maintain financial – banking applications, using your IT skills: C, C++ or C# , Java etc. ;
o You will have full exposure to all aspects of the software development lifecycle;
o Learn new IT and finance skills, as required;
o Perform unit testing and write documentation;
.NET(C#,SQL) Developers:
o The job takes place in the software department and it concerns various domains like financial, medical, pharmaceutical and other similar domains;
o Develop and maintain WEB applications using C#, SQL, .NET Technology ;
o Participate in analysis in order to define functional requirements and technical specifications;
o Perform unit testing and write technical documents;
