| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
o Very smart students and graduates with 1 to 3 years experience;
o University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business-Information Technology (i.e. Automatica, Matematica, ASE-Cibernetica and other schools with similar profiles);
o Proficiency: C, C++, C#, SQL, HTML, Java, XML, Perl, CORBA, all on NT and Unix platforms;
o Strong verbal and written communication skills to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal clients
o Must be able to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
o Flexible to work in a variety of technologies
o Good organizational and project skills
o Financial industry background is a plus
