C, C++ and/or C#/SQL PROGRAMMERS NEEDED !!!

REQUIREMENTS:
This candidate will:
Work closely with team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards.

• IT university diploma or STUDENTS in the 3TH, 4TH, 5TH year of IT&C studies (i.e. UPB- Automatica, Electronica & Tehnologia Informatiei, Matematica-Informatica, ASE-Informatica Economica);
• Strong C/C++ programming skills;
• Visual C++ experience desirable;
• Very good knowledge of C, C++ and/or C#, SQL, HTML, Java, XML, Perl, CORBA, all on NT and Unix platforms;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrated creative problem solving skills;
• Ability to work both independently and with a team;
• Ability to learn new technical/ financial skills;
• Previous work experience not required however a very strong background in software development necessary;
• Must be a self-starter able to work well with others and with little direct supervision.

• Meet project timelines and deliver quality software solutions using your technical skills and experience.
• Analyze existing requirements for new products/product enhancement and produce and implement these designs into complete products;
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and status updates for assigned tasks;
• Provide input to documentation processes and thoroughly document changes and/or new features to software in a consistent, concise manner;
• Continue to enhance technical skills and product knowledge;
• Diligently share knowledge and expertise with others;
