Technical Service Engineer

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical electrical, or automation, or electrical engineering.
Good level of English and Russian language knowledge
3-5 years of practical experience in similar duties with good hands-on skills.
Work experience in PLC programming will be a plus.
Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality.
Willing to travel extensively.

Job Purpose:

• Manage installations of filling lines
• Ensure reliable operations of customer lines
• Reduce customers’ operational cost
• Support product creation and life- cycle management


Key responsibilities:

1. INSTALLATION - Prepare customer site, erect machine, build conveyors and be supportive during installation
2. MAINTENANCE - Plan, coordinate and execute planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of TP line equipment. Reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction
3. TROUBLESHOOTING - Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns. Conduct basic root cause analysis of problem, to ensure rapid resolution and/or escalation to appropriate colleagues.
4. CLAIMS HANDLING - Handle simple claims and provide technical support and guidance to escalated claims according to the claims processes, including root cause analysis.
5. QUALITY AND SAFETY - To work in accordance with all safety regulations & requirements. Understand importance of product quality and ensure a safe working culture in the team.
