CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

University-IT-graduated
Knowledge and experience in the field of IP applications and network infrastructure
Experience in providing IT services to the banking/financial environment
Experience in providing clients with services of installation and maintenance of software and IT solutions
Ability to offer training and support to the system users
Ability to learn very fast about new types of IT products and services
Very good general IT knowledge
English-advanced level
Excellent communication skills


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Understand and learn the company\'s products
Ensure that the company\'s services are meeting the customer\'s requirements
Provide technical support to the customer, including installation, maintenance and training of the technical staff
Respond to and resolve system defaults and failures in line with the company\'s technical procedures
Provide product training and support for commercial users
Develop a strong working relationship with the system users
Identify new business opportunities
