| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Studies - University degree - Accounting / Economics
Masters in Accounting
Experience - 3-6 years in Accounting / Economics
Leadership experience - 2-3 years in the coordination of an accounting team
Knowledge of SAP (or other integrated ERP systems)
English - advanced level (oral & written)
German - advanced level (oral & written)
Experience in a multinational or shared service environment is an advantege
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership, initiative, energy, enthusiasm, integrity
Pro-active, customer oriented |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Leading a team of process associates in the areas of General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Overview and active participation in the monthly closing activities, preparation of specific month-end accounting journals
- Review and preparation of monthly account reconciliations
- Provide technical accounting support to junior members of staff and assistance in complex accounting issues
- Supervision of team performance - coach, support, evaluation and appraise
- Screen and select team members according to the customers' requirements
- Meet and exceed team Performance Standards & targets
- Daily relationship with customer's leadership team
- Deliver operational excellence
- Act as point of contact for all process / people related escalations
- Initiate and execute process improvement |
