| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Studies - University graduate - Foreign Languages, Computer Science
Experience - 2-3 years in coordinating a team
Experience in customer service / call center operations is an advantage
English - advanced level - is a must
French / Italian / German / Spanish / Portuguese - advanced level - is a strong advantage
PC knowledge - Microsoft Office, Internet
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Very good coordination abilities |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Coordinate on daily basis a team of 10 - 15 people
Assure that the team provides the company's services at the required standards
Take over and solve the most difficult situations
Keep a close and professional relationship with the clients and the management
Provide reports to the management regarding the activity of the team
Provide training for the team whenever needed
Evaluate the activity of each member and the activity of the team
