| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Previous experience as Store Manager / Shift Leader, preferably within a clothes/shoes store
- Experience in managing employees
- Fluent in English
- University degree
- Able to make economic analysis
- Precise and efficient
- Interested and skilled about clothes and fashion.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and running a chain of shops selling clothes and shoes.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill the targets in the budget and contribute to the making of the yearly budget.
- Control the sale in all shops daily, receive the weekly financial statements from all shops and prepare weekly and monthly statement for all shops and submit these to the Director.
- Prepare all documents for the bookkeeping following the agreed deadlines.
- Control the stock of the goods, control the weekly inventory and ensure a correct management of the goods.
- Make a quarterly detailed order for all shops. Ensure the quality for each delivery of clothes and ensure the right merchandise for the shops.
- Make sure that each shop follows the sales concept 100%, make weekly analyses and make sales strategies for reaching the targets.
- Employ competent staff, train the current and new staff and ensure that the staff is well organised and highly motivated at all time.
- Make daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submitt them to the Director.
