| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Law University degree
- 1-2 years experience as para-legal, preferable into FMCG field
- PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English
- disponibility to work inside the Sales department, and not inside the Legal department
- team-player |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
handle the law related matters which do not need an involvement of the Legal Councel:
- review, verify, draft contracts and addendums
- create templates contracts database
- give preliminary advice and verify with the
Legal Councel
- keep a proactive communication with Trade Marketing, key accounts, distribution, finance and legal departments |
