| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Performs simple administrative duties using office systems. Follows the company's standards, formats and procedures. Creates and revises documents. Upgrades personal and technical skills to meet customer requirements;
- Maintains customer's calendar. Handles travel arrangements for customers. Performs some routine functions such as meeting arrangements;
- Handles incoming mail, including electronic mail, to follow-up file. Keeps customer informed of due dates. Maintains files according to records management specifications, ensuring confidential treatment of documents, following established security procedures;
- Answers and places telephone calls following the company's standards. Takes messages by recording, retrieving and relying accurate information.
- Develops customer insight by learning the customer's organization, operations and key personnel. Organizes, prioritizes and maintains workflow to meet customer requirements;
- Uses the Intranet/Internet to access data ensuring appropriate security guidelines are maintained.
