| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Junior Specialist – Help Desk Officer position has the working place in Romania, in the Competence Center of the Group and performs the tasks related to the processing of transactions connected with Credit Cards and cooperates with the Retail Branches of the Group giving information about the products.
Business
Communicates by phone (email, fax, etc.) with the Banks, Companies and clients of the Group
Performs the processing activities by using the applications of office automation and specialized software
Group Culture
Uses the consolidated methodology, respects the standard rules and procedures from the competence area
Assures reaching goals of the assigned objectives
Collaborates with the team
Guarantees discretion and confidentiality in the preparation of the documents and current activity
Working language is Italian. Occasionally may be English.
