Director Magazin (Fashion)

Our client is a well known clothing company with more than 30 years of business experience in the fashion industry.

We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager with a professional appearance to help launch our Bucharest shop which will be located in Baneasa Business Park.

Retail Stores Operations:

Manages and effectively administers stock control, specifically stock allocation and assortment
Manages stock shrinkage, ensuring appropriate training and staff awareness and focused management if required
Conducts stock takes in line with company standards
Ensures daily polling and broader operations of POS
Full P&L accountability
Ensures the correct management and administration of core activities, including transfers, credit, lay-buys, cash handling and banking, shop expenses, consumables liaises with 3rd party logistics providers to rectify individual supply issues

Customer Connection:

Ensures that the store looks great at all times and is visually merchandised
Maintains merchandise and housekeeping standards
Handles customer complaints and enquiries efficiently creating a great place for customers to visit
Promotes the brand through the local community and their local community connection
Creatively connects with VIP customers

Sales Performance:

Achieves sales targets
Manages and ‘owns’ the store P&L
Manages staff scheduling and labor budgets to achieve sales targets
Identifies sales trends and patterns and recommends allocation changes to the stock management team
Analyses sales information and responds accordingly within store

Must have exposure to apparel & fashion accessories holding a Store Manager position in a ‘like minded’ retailer
Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
English proficiency is preferred.

Training in Italy will be provided
Competitive base salary + bonuses will be provided
