Warehouse Asistant

Our client is a multinational top company.

- Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing or logistics
- University degree
- Computer literacy - SAP/Microsoft Office/Internet
- Driver license B category
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
- Residence in the northern part of Bucharest (preferably)

- Responsible for every activity in the warehouse, re-bagging, receiving-, accepting-, transporting , warehousing, and for the inventory of all stored material.
- Control the workers in the warehouse in order to complete the activities mentioned above.
- Operate the tools needed in the warehouse and assure the workers to use them in a proper way.
- Improve the warehouse to be the most appropriate place for warehousing the seed.
- Organize the loading of the trucks with the logistic manager, transporting of the seed from/to the customer, from/to the seed plant and from/to the warehouse.
- Make the seed secure from stealing, damage and rodents. It involves the checking of traps, place of poison and chemical gasify. Keep the rodents away from the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse cleaned and avoid dispersion of seed.
- Order the materials and machines necessary in the warehouse, justify the payment and give the account of them.
- Handl inventory system properly ( Danube, SAP/R3 , WMS)
- Keep labour, health, fire and accident prevention regulation.
- Obliged to treat all company related information in a confidential manner.
- Flexibility for doing other job seasonally based on the request of production manager
- Train on his own in the field of English language, computer and his own special field
- Availability to work at 25 km outside Bucharest; transportation will be provided
