CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is a company specialized in HVAC and ACS solutions projects for big and small companies across Europe. In Romania the company will project and install HVAC systems for its customers.
Requirements:
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian standards and procedures for HVAC and electrical installation
• Three years experience managing HVAC technicians, or related activities
• Sales skills
• Languages: Excellent English required, Spanish or Italian preferred
• Excellent people skills as writing and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computers skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Provide technical assistance to field resources and administrative staff
• Visit the building site and propose to customers the better HVAC solution
• Provide solution and assistance to the Site Manager
• Monitor and verify HVAC projects and drawings
• Monitor the execution of HVAC installation
• Monitor Romanian subcontracts responsible of mounting installation
• Search for new customers
• Looking for material providers
• Enforce the quality standards of the company
