| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University Degree;
• Desirable Educational: Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering;
• 3-5 years experience in supply chain, procurement;
• Ability to communicate fluently in English;
• Advanced German, both orally and in writing is compulsory;
• Available to travel in the country and abroad (the activity suppose frequent travels to Germany);
• Computer skills: Word/ Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Manager whose mission will be to manage sourcing of assigned portfolio. Promote and implement strategic sourcing, proactively managing assigned portfolio and supply base with a long term, strategic focus and act as primary liaison with specific Geomarket.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned portfolio utilizing best in class sourcing practices, with the goal of managing costs, securing supplies, with quality, service, and delivery improvements;
• Obtain & analyze quotations and negotiate total cost elements for assigned portfolio;
• Locate, select and manage a high-performance supply base for assigned commodities or services;
• Client tender support, including back to back tenders, and sub contracts;
• Create, negotiate and maintain suppliers electronic catalogues in the Company Web-Based Procurement System;
• Effectively communicate segment requirements on OFS supply chain initiatives;
• Participate in or lead supplier audits and quality system review efforts;
• Resolve all quality and discrepant material issues;
• Prepare periodical reports as agreed with management;
• Create and execute queries for data analysis, performs regular data analysis;
• Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, in all aspects of the Supply Chain activity.
