| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor Degree - technical field;
- Good Knowledge of the Plastic Industry and Plastic Parts Assembling;
- Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD;
- Leadership skills;
- Team player with strong communication skills;
- International mind set;
- English proficiency, French is a plus. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensure PSE (Production System Efficiency) methods and acceptance within a plant;
- Define half-yearly PSE objectives and build up improvement action plan, with the plant manager and the division PSE manager;
- Ensure the results and means to achieve PSE action plan;
- Carry out analysis within the plant;
- Provide technical support to other functions;
- Work closely with other networks (HSE, QSE) and measure impact of PSE actions in their fields;
- Train and coach plant employees when necessary;
- Participation in creation of training modules;
- Manage different processes: 5S, Hoshin, SMED;
- Identify and implement best practices. |
