Aftermarket Manager - Oil&Gas Industry (Ploiesti)

Technical degree Oil and Gas specialization/ Mechanical degree
Minimum 10 years experience in operational Oil&Gas field / similar jobs
Strong knowledge about wellhead/ Christmas trees / artificial lift equipments
Practical experience of installing, operating and managing field service personnel
Customer (internal and external) focus
Advanced English skills
Availability for travellings in and outside the country

Adecco is selecting for its partner, a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries , an experienced professional for this challenging position.

Overall purpose: Ensure the strategic planning and execution of company’s Aftermarket business in Eastern Europe. Ensure maximum profitability through proper order/project execution

1. MANAGEMENT OF THE AFTERMARKET BUSINESS

- Managing the aftermarket work conducted in company's facilities in Romania and Eastern Europe including company employees working in non company owned facilities;
- Supervise planned revenue achievement, the profitability and other business metrics such as service utilization, rental programs, sucker rod inspection, Artificial Lift pump repairs and testing, and wellhead/Christmas tree rgr. (returned goods for repair)for;
- Oversee project planning of all Aftermarket repair works for Romania, including non-company product, ensuring technical, legal and documentation compliance on such RGR (returned goods for repair) services;
- Oversee the activities of rental assets (surface, Artificial Lift);
- Ensure planning and execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM);
- Initiate cost and lead time reductions at the product level through efficiency and cycle time improvements;
- Ensure the administration of all quotation activities, contracts review and orders execution are in compliance to ISO, API and Sarbanes-Oxley.

2. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

- Set objectives aligned with Company’s goals, monitor and evaluate subordinates performance and development plans ;
- Provide mentoring and coaching to all Aftermarket staff ;
- Determine the subordinated employees needs for training and development
- Prepare and present training material when required ;
- Coordinates the training for the new hires and existing staff.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY:

- Comply with all HSE and Fire Prevention rules and regulations applicable at the workplace;
- Attend periodical HSE and Emergency Response trainings established for his position;
- Use the specific PPE for each work place;
- Is responsible for the safety of self and others;
- Maintain appropriate housekeeping at the workplace

4. QUALITY:

- Participate and respects all activities and processes related to position, according to customer requirements and Company Quality Management system;
- Propose changes to procedures and work instructions, when appropriate;
- Respect the self control rules.
