Planning and Logistics Manager

For our client, an international leader in communication and mobility, we are looking for a Planning and Logistics Manager.

The ideal candidate should have:

- More than 3 years relevant experience;
- Proven leadership capabilities within a large team (30+);
- High volume shipping management experience;
- WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) experience;
- SAP R/3 system experience;
- Work experience in lean manufacturing and quality management systems.

Main responsibilities:

- Leads and manages several teams within Demand Supply Management that schedule production lines for the nearest 48 hours;
- Design and control of material flow from the point received from the warehouse through shipping to ensure the right efficiency and line utilization is achieved;
- Controls material flow on the production floor and run the outbound shipping warehouse;
- Headcount planning for all time horizons;
- Operational management of the shipping warehouse;
