- University degree

- Knowledge of legislation;
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry could be an advantage

• Follow up the quality standards, presented in advance. Become familiar with applicable environmental, health and safety legislation as well as plant safety rules and ensure all employees perform their duties in compliance with the rules and regulations.
• Take every reasonable precaution for the protection of an employee.
• Provide continuous on the job instruction in safe work procedures and instruct employees in the use and care of personal protective equipment.
• Perform accident investigations to identify the root cause in a timely manner and track corrective actions to completion.
• Encourage and actively support employee involvement in the environmental, health and safety program.
• Identification and evaluation of level of security for all work places in the plant; draw up an action plan for correction, prevention and improvement
• Setting the Environmental, Health and Safety (HSE) objectives.
• HSE audits for all work places in the plant.
• Setting HSE attributions and responsibilities for all employees.
• Assuring HSE communication for all employees
