CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory requirements:
- Relevant experience in construction business
- Good contacts and relationships with different public administrations and other construction companies or subcontractors
- 4/5 years of experience in a similar position
- Technical education (engineer, architect etc.)
- Fluency in English (Spanish would be a plus)
- Proven experience in gaining tenders (public and private)
- Availability to travel all over the country (not very frequently)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities related to constructions area, in the private and public sector
- Identify the correct public and private tenders to apply for
- Establish the suitable contacts to obtain the contracts (public and private)
- Supervise the correct execution of the tenders
- Supervise the evolution of the tenders to achieve the objective
- Manage the development of works and maintain a good relationship with all the parts involved in the project
