| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Beauty Advisor, ideally for a luxury brand
- Good English or French knowledge
- Customer focus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Purpose:
1. To ensure best customer service on DPLI brands (perfumery, skincare and make up) in the POS
2. Responsible of developing sell out of the POS on the short term and the long term (customer loyalty)
3. Become the expert of women’s needs and expectations in all axes (perfumery, skincare and make up)
Responsibilities:
a. Customer service : skin diagnosis , product recommendation, sales, personalized sampling, invitation for next rdv
b. Ensure that you have all necessary material for best service: Diagnos, samples, testers, invitations, hygiene elements (Kleenex, Qtips, tissues…)
c. Responsability of a proper merchandising and good visibility of the products
d. Filling up monthly reports.
