| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree - Psychology/Economics
Experience - 4-5 years in HR
Relevant experience in recruitment of a large variety of positions - 3-5 years
Knowledge of Project management
English - advanced level
Very good communication skills
Ability to relate to the others and to motivate them |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Organise and supervise the recruitment processes (job descriptions, media campaign, CV screening, phone interviews, final interviews)
Supervise the administrative payroll activities
Cooperate with the recruitment agencies
Introduce procedures for personnel selection and adminstrative activities
Motivate all the employees, responsible for the integration of the new employees
Apply the company's HR procedures and politics
Make reports for the HR activity in Romania |
