CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
o Organising the production plan following the needs for intern and export
o Finding the best areas, best growers and seed plant
o Establish with Managing Director the prices for growers and seed plant
o Establish with Managing Director the contract terms for all crops and contracting
o Must make the repartition for the basic seed
o Verify with Production Assistant all technology steps during the vegetation period (planting, weed control, irrigation, detaselling, harvest)
o Establish with Seed Plant Manager the receiving schedule in the seed plant
o Checking during the processing of the seed, all the technical steps recommended by mother-company (drying, shelling, sorting, calibration, treatments, bagging, packing)
o Establish good relationships with local authorities (seed laboratory, Ministry of Agriculture
o Provide growers with necessary technology;
o Follow up the results of analysis and document preparation according to the Seed Law
o Permanent communication with Sales Manager and Country Manager
o Permanent knowledge improvement about: new genotypes, GMO, market requirements and changes, activity of the competitors and their products, costumer needs
o Supervising, monitoring and reporting about company’s assets situation
