RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Execution of marketing programmes in relation to the launch and promotion of an assigned product range
Initiates the development of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the field force to monitor trends and improve market intelligence.
Maintains contacts with distribution channels and important customers to follow up promotion efforts
Plans, implements and controls programmes to increase market penetration and profitability for a particular range of products/services.
Researches the industry (sectors and markets) in order to assess the possibilities for portfolio growth.
Responsible for research of likely markets, competition product development and business opportunities.
Performs market and competitor activity analysis based on available information, in order to determine the feasibility and best course of action .
Analyses market trends and develop product positioning and growth strategy.
Launches new products to the market or existing products on to new markets and provide support for field force training.
Acts as an interface between marketing and the field force by recommending modifications of assigned range of products/services.
Liaises with advertising or direct marketing whilst promotional material is being produced.
Ensures a full marketing support service is available for promotions, presentations, etc.
Advises Head of Marketing on design of strategic marketing policies and programmes.
Develops new approaches to promote the products including the development of new markets.
Assists the Marketing Manager in budgeting and recruitment of necessary staff.
Fully complies and applies all applicable company guidelines
All the remaining tasks related to the operation of the Employers Representative Office in Romania.
Reports to Marketing Manager.
