| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Graduated engineer
- At least 5 years professional experience in high-volume production industry, preferably in Quality, Design, Production Dept. as quality engineer
- Knowledge of the main quality concepts of quality tools and methodologies common to the automotive industry
- General mechanical and electrical knowledge both on product and process
- Capacity to lead a team
- High autonomy
- Languages: English (fluent) and another foreign language
- Computer skills: PC software

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Analize defective parts identified by different levels of production lines in order to determine with them the source of the problem and to isolate defective parts for further treatment (reject, rework, sorting, deviation,…)
- Open non-conformity reports in case of supplier quality problems and contact supplier to put in place urgent actions to assure defect-free parts for production
- Organize and animate Problem Solving Groups with all the functions concerned and supplier representatives to analize the problem, find the root cause and define action plans
- Help supplier build action plans
- Check that corrective action plans are put in place by suppliers and control follow up of actions
- Process all information concerning supplier quality problems detected in production
- to follow up suppliers’ performances
- Homologate standard component according Division’s request
- Organize Industrial Test of new components.
- Assure the quality of the Purchasing Quality Reporting
- Recover costs of non-quality
