| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of basic finance tools, being able to make "the budget" between financial issues and operational issues;
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QS 9000, ISO 9000, TS 16949) and of Quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 6SIGMA, 5 WHY);
Knowledge of Information systems, including ERP;
Knowledge of improvement techniques (KAIZER, SMED, MAPPING);
Experience on Automotive Industry as well as cables or extrusion industries will be a preference item;
