CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree - Engineering is a plus
Experience – 3-5 years in maintenance
1-2 years in hotel maintenance
Good mechanical, plumbing, electrical knowledge
English – advanced level
Very good coordination and communication skills
Proactive, flexible, solution oriented |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Supervise the well being of all the infrastructure of the hotel
Find quick and efficient solutions for the problems that might appear in hotel maintenance
Coordinate the maintenance team
Select the proper suppliers for the hotel’s maintenance needs
Keep a strict evidence of the spare parts stock
Follow up the budget and the costs for the maintenance department |
