| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Accounting Degree
Experience: 4-5 years as Chief Accountant / Financial and Accounting Manager
Knowledge in Financial Management and Accounting Management
Experience in IAS / US GAAP reporting, budgeting, financial and accounting analysis
English: advanced level
Ability to do realistic budget projections for new projects and programs
Ability to cope with a variety of duties and responsabilities
Ability to learn quickly and correctly new procedures
Proactive, independent and flexible person
Strong analytical skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
In charge with all the accounting activities
Annual budget preparation
Cost control
Debt management
Cash flow management (reconcile cash monthly, cash deposits)
Banking
Reporting to headquarters (economical and financial analysis and reports)
Preparation of annual tax fillings
Foundation processing through financial statement audit
Issues related to human resources management (payroll and benefit changes required for hiring and termination of employees, benefits administration, HR database within payroll system) |
