CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree - Finance & Accounting
Experience - 4-6 years as Financial Manager/Chief Accountant
English - advanced level
Experience - in coordinating a Financial & Acounting department, in reporting for a foreign group
Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling, Accountancy
Very good organizational and coordination skills
Communication abilities
Analytical and structured person |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Financial & Controlling Responsabilities:
- Supervise the petty cash, invoicing and bank operations
- Risk management
- Cash flow management
- Implementation and maintainance of reporting tools and Controlling mechanisms
- Financial planning
- Intercompany reconciliation
Accounting responsabilities:
-Organizing the Accounting office and ensure the compliance with the current laws and regulations
- Payroll and staff records
- Evaluation of the company performance: balance sheet, P&L, cash-flow in accordance with the RAS and reconcile with the IAS
- Report the company performance to the headquarter
- Financial reporting to the statutory authorities
- Annual closing of the financial year
- Assisting the financial audit
- Prepare monthly and quarterly report
Management & Projects responsabilities:
- Involved in the company's development
- Involved in the optimization of the general and specific business processes |
