RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Has line management responsibility over qualitative / quantitative objectives in defined geographical area, for a particular product line or market segment according to marketing department demands.
• Manages a sales force of pharmaceutical representatives, plans , communicates , implements and controls sales objectives against Marketing plans & objectives.
• Has overall responsibility for achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and control of approved budget.
• Sales administration (Analyses sales results, keeps track of competitors’ activities and informs managers about the company performance in various markets)
• Customer support
• Cconsultant support for logistics in order to develop adequate stock forecast.
• Coaching fieldforce
• Eensures and controls Field Force reporting according to company demands
• Develop field force trainig needs analysys
• Gathering all market relevant information from field force and provinding a.m. information to marketing management
• Identifies market potentials
• Preparation of sales forecasts together with marketing and logistic management
• Planning and administering all purchasing activities within department, selecting sources of supply, approving purchase orders if appilcable and negotiating terms of contracts.
• Responsible for leading the relationship with selected suppliers
• Fully complies and applies all applicable company guidelines
• All the remaining tasks related to the operation of the Employer’s Representative Office in Romania.
