- university Degree;
- minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- fluent in English;
- fluent in French;
- computer literate (MS Office).

- organising the General Manager's agenda;
- manage and ensure appropriateness of arrangements for meetings, travel and events;
- prepare various reports, presentations and write meeting minutes;
- ensure documents are filed and archived according to internal document retention policies;
- translate business related documents;
- support and if needed lead the communication with other functions (e.g. updates of functional intranet pages);
- Offering administrative support to all the company's employees;
