| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree - Accounting, Finance
- Experience 1- 3 years in order management / order processes
- Understanding of Dealer Network, Supply Chain and Organization
- Knowledge and understanding of the Order Fulfillment process and the international business environment
- Price lists understanding and awareness
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- German - advanced level
- English - advanced level
- French - advanced level
- Good organizational, interpersonal and negociation skills
- Customer centric attitude and ability to solve problems
- Rigor and ability to prioritize |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Order Management operations from pre order processing until final customer acceptance of the order (order entry, delivery follow up, sales support, invoicing)
- Pre order tasks: create/modify customer files in the information system, collect production booking requests, follow up major projects
- Receive & process in SAP and follow-up Customer orders (call, fax, mail, emails)
- Register the order in the information systems
- Handle pricing and invoice aspects
- Schedule and confirm the order in the system
- Handle any modifications that might appear
- Liaison between Dealers, Sales, Factories, Logistics and Transport in order to handle amendment requests and schedule deliveries according to dealer requests |
