RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Project Managing and preparation of technical offers and quotations and sales support, in contracts related to automation and control systems for water facilities: water treatment plants (waste, drinking, ..), pumping stations, water distribution networks, sewage networks.
• About offers
- Make contact with the customer in order to obtain as much information as possible for the offer.
- Ask inside the organization for the administrative needed documentation.
- Establish together with the office manager, the consortium and/or subcontracting strategy.
- Define the technical solutions which are not defined by the customer.
- Define variant Solutions when required.
- Preparation of the costs estimation and the financial offer proposal, to be discussed for final decision with either office manager or division manager.
- Coordinates and/or prepare the technical offer.
- Coordinate the obtention of certain documents for the offer, like: supplier collaboration letters, company references, project implementation planning, …
• About projects/works execution
- Establish the personnel needs for the project execution, and coordinate with division managers whi in the organization will be involved in the engineering works.
- Define a works planning.
- To lead the projects follow-up meetings with the customer, and make afterwards the meeting report.
- Make sure the project is performed according to the internal Quality and Environment systems of the company.
- Deal with customer project certifications, customer invoicing, testing protocols, monthly project follow-up reports, and others.
- Write down the ‘system functional specifications’ starting form the customer requirements. This document will have to be approved by the customer.
- Participate and supervise the system design: electrical engineering, PLC programming, communications system definitions and set up, …
- Place orders and deal with subcontractors contracts.
- Keep all project documentation updated.
