Job description
We are looking for people to join our support team in Brasov.
The Application Support candidate will provide application support and training via phone and email. She/He will get in contact with the clients also importantly in the presales phase.
This Applications Support role must handle a number of different critical situations; therefore a broad und overlooking IT-Know-how is required.
Requirements
- Fluent in German
- Very good computer literacy
- Very good communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Experience in presales, customer care, training and technical support
- Provides a variety of customer services through email or telephone.
- Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests
- Client oriented person.
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
- Basic English at least
