| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- engineer or economical university degree
- a minimum of 3 years experience
- well organized, strong character; proactive; must have initiative and work independent
- fluency in spoken English
- computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCad)
- driving license
- Previous experience in Real Estate (Sales or other areas) shall count as a major advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Involved in commercial and residential development
- Ensures that projects are completed on time and on budget
- Drafts reports to management
- Monthly progress statement review
- Organizes and supervises meetings
- Monthly Executive Reports
- Meetings
- Programming
- Develop a Management Structure Plan for the sales agents
- Selection and Appointment of sales agents
- Value Analysis
- Managing Sales teams and leading them to outstanding achievements in one residential project, or a “cluster” of projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating all the related activities to support Sales, including managing interfaces with all relevant third parties such as law firms & banks.
- Assisting in identifying new Sales perspectives/approaches and driving business growth at the strategic level of ADAMA;
