CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Extensive financial operations knowledge
Approximately five (5) years experience in the finance filed
Fluency in English;
Analytical, open minded and pro-active attitude
May co-operate on the solution of special financial issues (sometimes with external consultants)
Completes complex and/or particular financial tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Dynamic


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Is responsible for preparation of group financial statements and reports, budgets and forecasts and management information
Examines and analyses accounting records to determine financial status of the company
Responsible for preparation of detailed reports and of other specific requests for the management and for corporate controlling;
Responsible for preparation of the budget according to the planning schedule (in close cooperation with the business responsible representatives);
May prepare financial reports concerning operation procedures
Inspects items in books of original entry to determine if accepted accounting procedures were followed
Prepares reports for management, reporting financial conditions
Makes recommendations for improving the financial operations and the position of the company
Follows developments in the current Romanian accounting standards, in statistics, in business law, in tax regulation, and in issues concerning environmental standards


Special activities according with company profile:

Adapting the IT program with the new accounting requirement –creating new account, cost center and expense type
Good Excel knowledge and good knowledge of IFRS;
On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reports according to the reporting-time-schedule, as well as participate in the corresponding meetings to discuss the monthly/quarterly results;
