Secretary- Engineering Department

Required Qualifications / competence:

- Having an academic degree.(Engineering is a plus)
- Expertise in Office & AutoCAD software.
- Understanding and experience in the engineering field.
- Organized and punctual.
- 2-3 years of experience at least in the same job
- Dealing with contractors/suppliers
- Reading and understanding engineering and architecture plans
- Knowing the languages Romanian / English
- Good organization skills, accurate and detailed oriented
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
- Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks at one time
- Problem-solving attitude

Authorities & responsibilities:

- Assists the regional manager in the following fields:
- Technical support for the project manager / supervision companies.
- Assume and apply the quality management system’ documentation, which concern his activity.
- Respect the quality policy and perform the objectives in the field of quality.
- Preserve the confidentiality of all information relating to the organization.
- Are concerned about lifting his level of professional training.
- Helping VP Engineering & Planning for all the processes except Finance

- Managing the technical issues of the EN Department.
- Ordering plans copies.
- Connection with all Department of the organization
- Performance of technical works: specification, selling plans, letters etc.
- Delivering information on this subject to marketing.

Subordination:

- Technical assistant (defined by the engineering manager)
- Regional manager.
- Planning manager (Headquarters only).
- VP Engineering & Planning
