Product Manager

The ideal candidate should have:

- University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position and more then 5 years in the pharmaceutical business would be considered a great advantage
- Experience in launching products
- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PPT), internet
- Proficiency in English
- Skillful communicator
- Presentation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to plan and to prioritize
- Motivated and perseverant
- Able to maximize resources with enthusiasm and creativity
- Well developed people skills

The main responsibilities are:

- Analyzing the market on the basis of existing information (quantitative and qualitative)
- Forecasting trends of the product and market development
- Researching and understanding the target population
- Monitoring the competition
- Creating the marketing strategy for each product in particular
- Establishing the objectives for each product
- Implementing the established strategy in accordance with the set objectives
- Insuring that the medical representatives follow the marketing strategy, offering all the necessary information for the decision makers
- Monitoring the results in the market, the implementation of new products in the portfolio and the budget limits
- Identifying key opinion leaders and developing strong relationships with them
- Periodically reporting the activity and working in close collaboration with the Sales, RA and PR departments
