Junior IT Coordinator

University degree in a informatics
• Fluency in English
• 3-5 years of overall experience in IT infrastructure Management / IT solutions organization, well-versed with Customer Relationship Management, Business Development.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Customer Relationship management
• Good Business & Commercial acumen.
• Broad knowledge about Networks, IT security and other related areas.
• Knowledge of Managed Services, Hardware and related areas.
• Networking – LAN/ WAN, VPN, IT security, networking/ IT Solution architecting for projects.

Technology transition management
• Support quality program implementation (eg: BPO Blueprint , ISO27000)
• IT Financial management – BPO deal technology cost optimization, IT budget preparation and cost recovery
• Plan and execute BCP drills
• Service Management to existing clients
• Point of contact for escalation of Operational issues in IT and resolve the same by working with the Client IT and DCN ISU Operations team
• Handling Client and external audits by working along with deal team and IT Operations team in Bucharest Delivery Center.
