Accounts and Administration Executive

1.Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
2.Has accounting knowledge and able to handle a full set of company's account. (ie: General ledger, Treasury and Banks, Fixed Assets, Stocks Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
3.A Romanian citizen fluent in English (spoken and written), Romanian, Hungarian and other European languages.
4.Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Independent with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
6.With positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated and proactive.
7.A team player and customer focus.
8.. Computer literate (familiar with MS Excel, words, Power Point, etc)

1.Responsible for the full set of company's account (ie: General ledger, Treasury and Banks, Fixed Assets, Stocks Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
2.Handle the daily office administration works efficiently.
3.Assist in attending to customer's calls, inquiries and issues diligently.
4.Provide efficient customer service.
5.Keep a track record of the sales performances and bonuses paid to distributors and stockist.
6.Monitor the accuracy of stock taking process.
7.Ensure that the online product purchase payment are made accordingly.
8.Maintain an efficient filing system for the account operations.
9.Other related tasks assigned.
