Accountant / Economist for F&A Outsourcing Process (German&English)

University degree in a relevant field (Accounting; Finance; Taxation; Commerce);
Min 2 years of work experience in any accounting area;
Fluency in German and English is mandatory;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people;
Good analytical skills and pleasure to learn and develop;
Organized and able to work with large amount of data.

Responsible for accurate and timely invoice booking;
Ensure a regular follow up on payable vendor accounts;
Prepare vendor payment according to calendar and due date invoices;
Daily/monthly update of foreign exchange rates in the system;
Internal control on outgoing payments;
Calculation and posting of GL entries;
Implication in commission maintenance matching and invoicing;
Identify the reason for open items and find the right path for resolution according to internal regulation and procedures;
Involvement in month end reconciliation and closing;
Prepare according reporting on a regular basis and on demand.
