| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The Transition Lead will be part of the Delivery Center Mobilization Team. The role of this team is to support the winning of new outsourcing projects and manage their successful implementation in the Bucharest Center.
Team member will participate in and/or lead one or more of the following work streams:
Knowledge Transfer : Training or facilitating training of the outsourcing project team
Knowledge Capture : Documenting, developing and learning existing procedures, tools, applications, systems and internal processes
People Enablement : Supporting recruitment to staff up the team working on the outsourcing projects
Service Management: Ensuring that day to day operations will run in accordance with the client requirements by providing the initial framework and infrastructure
Financial Management: Ensuring all the financial aspects of the new outsourcing projects are successfully meeting the operational requirements
Technology & Work Environment: Ensuring that the appropriate technology and work environment is ready for operations
Centre Operations Set up: Ensuring the successful start-up of each new project delivered from the Bucharest Centre
As a Transition Lead, you may work across all or any of the areas above, or may assume overall project management responsibility for the Mobilization programme, or to participate in ad-hoc projects focused on Transformation, Continuous Improvement and Quality.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Bachelor degree or its equivalent
•Minimum 4 years of Project Management in either accounting and finance, or HR, logistics, procurement, quality
•Background in organization design, process design and implementation, organization and service measurement, facilities planning and implementation, quality design and implementation.
•Excellent in English and French or Italian or Spanish for oral and written communication as well as conduct formal business presentation and manage conference calls
•Available for traveling according to the project needs (sometimes for extended periods)
•Very strong analytical skills (both numerical and process)
•Strong communication skills
•Self starter, team player
•Flexible, comfortable with change
•Professional approach and comfortable dealing with clients
